SCANIL – 506 contains proprietory inhibitors, which provide excellent corrosion inhibition. It rapidly cleans the badly fouled surface also. It keeps metal surface clean by which maximum heat transfer efficiency can be achieved.
SCANIL – 506 quickly removes the deposits of CaCO3 CaSO4 MgSO4 Ca Mg and Zn phosphate silicate, hematite and magnetite etc. The major areas of applications are rapid cleaning of boilers, heat exchanger, condenser, compressors, or any surface with heavy deposits.
Prepare diluted solution with water adding 3 Liter water in 1 Liter SCANIL – 506. The usual procedure is to allow the affected area to soak without circulation for 6 hours, which is sufficient time for SCANIL – 506 to dissolve most water formed deposits. It is better practice however to use the fill in pump to maintain slow circulation, throughout 6 hours period. After SCANIL – 506 treatment is over give a water wash to remove loose debris. SCANIL – 506 dilution with water upon extent of existing scales.
Care should be taken to avoid contact with skin eyes. In case of contact flush the affected areas with plenty of water. Goggles and rubber gloves should be used at all times.
SCANIL – 506 is toxic to ingestion practically non toxic by dermal application moderately irritating to the skin and corrosive to the eyes.
