SCANIL – 505 is a liquid formulation, based on advanced technology of organophosphate. It is specially designed to control scale and inorganic fouling in cooling water system. It is a multifunctional formulation of flexible organophosphonates and polymeric dispersants.

SCANIL – 505 is thermally and hydrolytically stable and therefore, retains its inhibitive properties over wide range of pH and temperatures. It also offers multiple properties like sequestration, deflocculation and threshold inhibition. It effectively controls corrosion by forming chemisorbed layer on metal surfaces
A level of few ppm in recirculating water provides excellent inhibition of water born scales. The optimum level will depend on specific plant operating conditions and type of water. SCANIL – 505 may be conveniently dosed directly from the container or diluted with water to any convenient strength for dosing through existing equipments

Care should be taken to avoid contact with skin eyes. In case of contact flush the affected areas with plenty of water. Goggles and rubber gloves should be used at all times, when working with concentrated material.
SCANIL – 505 is slightly toxic to ingestion, practically nontoxic by dermal application, moderate irritating to the skin and corrosive to the eyes
